Requirements depend on the method, but a laboratory workflow may include calibrated measuring equipment, a protocol-compatible laboratory-grade solvent, clean labeled vessels, appropriate PPE, and controlled storage. A lyophilized format is a dry, freeze-dried material intended for controlled storage and later preparation within a laboratory protocol.
