How do I verify the COA for my product?
Open the COA library, search by peptide name, and open the certificate for the matching product and strength. Review the lot code and batch-specific results shown on the COA.

Are Certificates of Analysis available for your products?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis is published for every batch. Each COA reports the measured purity for that batch and provides batch-specific documentation for the material.
What do the numbers on a Certificate of Analysis mean?
Start with the batch identifier and confirm it matches the material you are reviewing. The reported Total Purity is the measured purity for the analyte on that COA. Read only the results actually listed: a purity value is not evidence of identity, sterility, endotoxin status, or suitability for a particular use.
What should I do if the lot information does not match the COA?
Do not use a COA from another lot as a substitute. Contact support with the product name, strength, lot code, order number, and a description of the discrepancy so the documentation can be reviewed.
